We represent your venue as a ‘Venue Booking Agent’ in which we create and negotiate contracts, and coordinate and execute all proposed events and productions held at the agreed-upon venue.
If such services are required for an extended period of time (for example for over a year), the terms can be changed to reflect an ongoing relationship for bookings during the term of the agreement. The contract is formed to be an exclusive partnership between the venue booking agent and the venue itself.
VENUE COORDINATION
Shivazhospitality will ensure the following:
- Contract terms are followed
- Client special requests are met with
- Keeping staff (like catering and bar) on task
- Keeping up with expectations of the owner
- Acting as a correspondent for the venue and its staff
- Supervising event closure (i.e. Providing safe departure of guests)
- Running jobs during the event
