With over 14 years of rich, hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, she has built Shivaz Hospitality from the ground up into one of Delhi NCR's most trusted event and hospitality management companies.
Shivi is the public face of Shivaz Hospitality — a dynamic leader who sets the vision, values, and culture of the organisation. Her deep understanding of the industry, combined with her ability to connect with clients on a personal level, has been the driving force behind the company's consistent growth and strong reputation.
She gravitates toward every facet of the company's operations — from creative direction and client relationships to team management and business development. Her steering personality has shaped a company culture where excellence is the standard and client satisfaction is non-negotiable.

Before launching Shivaz Hospitality, Shivi gained invaluable experience by serving as General Manager at several leading M.I.C.E segment resort properties across India. This background gave her an in-depth understanding of venue operations, vendor management, and the high standards that premium clients expect.
